United States Orders

Free USPS shipping is available for all orders with a delivery address in the United States. Expedited delivery services are also available for purchase during checkout.

International Orders

Orders with a delivery address outside of the United States will be charged a shipping fee that is calculated during checkout. We offer transport services from UPS and USPS based on the location of the delivery address.

Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you and cancel the items, then issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the number of items ordered. Multiple item orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered upon delivery, you must contact us at support@floogear.com within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Returns

1. Free returns are available for all orders delivered to an address in the United States. If you are not 100% satisfied with your FLOOGEAR purchase, you can return it to receive a full refund up to 30 days from your delivery date (minus delivery costs if free shipping was not chosen at the time of purchase).

2. Customers with an international order that was delivered to an address outside of the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are not 100% satisfied with your FLOOGEAR purchase, you can return it to receive a refund up to 30 days from your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and returned in its original packaging.

To complete your return, please email support@floogear.com with the word ‘RETURN’ and your order number in the subject line and a quick description about your return or exchange inquiry then someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Returns

Once we have processed your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please pack all items with original packaging into a secured envelope then drop off the return at the chosen mail carrier. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you if your refund has been approved. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
